My yardstick for "dumbest person in human history" is whatever idiot killed himself and 218 other people by smoking a cigarette while stealing petrol from a crashed tanker truck in 2017. So no, this is not the dumbest person in human history, just your bog standard leftist degenerate who lies as easily as she breathes.
