I don't think the Border Patrol agency has the capability of endorsing a presidential candidate; as the president is literally in their chain of command. The Border Patrol Union can do whatever it wants though.

It's weird to say the agency you are officially in charge of endorses you.

I don't understand what he was trying to go for, but then again he also said Roe v. Wade explicitly bans 9-month abortions... which it doesn't.
