A statement like this would go a long way if it was past tense and specific. Not will "eliminate DEI roles", but we "eliminated DEI roles" - and which ones and how many.
You're right about that, it's amazing they even admitted this exists, most of the time they are dead quiet about it because they know how it makes them look, details and all that but this is a white pill for me.
