Destroying a city isn't a war crime. Neither is killing civilians who are used as a shield by the opponent (the opponent is comitting the war crime.
Also no one cares about sand shitters. Not even the surrounding sand shitter countries.

Yes killing civilians is a war crime, even if they are being used as a human shield. You can't actually shoot the hostage like you saw in the first Speed movie. No, you can't assert that Arabs are inherently morally inferior.
