Every time I learn more about how the skin market works it's such a rabbit hole to go down but you can see exactly why so many devs are trying to cash in on this. I'm not going to lie I can see how the money would be tempting, all you need to do to make a few thousand potentially is make some shitty colour vomit skin for a popular game and that's so easy compared to making a lasting game where you've got a definitely above average chance for total failure.

Why would devs want to make games if they're out to make money and they can easily take advantage of skin addicts whose sole purpose in life is to acquire this shit like they're doing trading cards but they're gambling? It's pretty clear that these types of 'gamers' aren't really gamers they're people with a collecting addiction.
