I'm not a member of any Orthodox church so it's not my place to critic the dogma used by a member.
With that said, I found this passage particularly galling,
George Soros is seen as proof of Jewish conspiracy theories, because he has lots of money, supports evil things, and has a Jewish background -- though he is an atheist.
I don't like the pretending that Judaism isn't seen as an ethnicity as well as religious affiliation. And by denying that Soro's background isn't an issue in his philosophy. He may not believe in God, but he still believes in his race
