Trash news.

Russia had been staging naval exercises with China, as well as India (I believe) during the Ukrainian war.

NATO should have ramped up artillery shell production as soon as the Ukrainians showed that they were able to turn the tide but they half-arsed it and now this grudge match keeps on dragging on.
