The irony is that the Lolcows board is most useful for those cows that aren't that popular or interesting, thus have very short threads.

For popular cows or when Things Are Happening, the threads are so filled with hundreds of pages of shitposting that the actual useful information and narratives are buried.

The OPs describing the history of the lolcow also tend to be poorly written or not updated.
