Anything exclusive to gay is so lovingly accepted as part of "pride" and as a positive no matter how horiffic, disgusting, or repellent it is in any other context.

They're so matter-of-fact about it like "Oopsie, I got the 'food poisoning' don't smell my breath I have to gargle with Ty-D-Bol haha, that's the life!"
