Monetization is kind of inherently anti-speech if you ask me. Because, if you allow it, people will just endlessly meme popular ideas for money, and that content will snowball with higher production values. It's not the mechanism you use for a forum if you want to find things out. It's more for making money. So you have to consider "what is Twitter?"
