The Civil Rights Act needs to be repealed or invalidated. Enough is enough.
That's a start. 13th, 14th, 15th, and 19th amendments need to go too
I see no reason to keep any amendment past the 12th in its current form (and last I checked it wouldn't kill us to repeal that, and the 11th as well.)
