Taiwan has been 'gone' at least since outgoing President Tsai Ing-wen brought in same-sex 'marriage' despite a majority voting against it in a referendum a few years ago. This makes Taiwan the first in Asia, followed by the very Left-wing and ruthlessly incompetent Nepal some months ago. Nepal is another country that has totally 'gone' to the dogs, has been lost: all the major political parties are competing bands of Leftists, and most of those are outright Marxists of the Bolshevik-Leninist and Maoist varieties. This has been the case ever since the Left overthrew their royal family a few decades ago: now you see Nepalese fleeing their country which they themselves ruined to the lands of the Whites in droves. Some are even in places like South Korea. I don't like China because of its extremely liberal abortion policies, more liberal than those of Taiwan, but I'm not going to shed a single tear when they inevitably occupy Taiwan. If you are young enough, this will likely happen within your lifetime.
Tsai will leave office in two days, but incoming President Lai Ching-te is of the same Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) and politics. This is probably just another feather to add to Tsai's cap from a Left-liberal perspective: another thing that she has pushed hastily so that it may be added to her list of 'contributions' to Taiwan before she leaves office. The idiot says as much at 0:06, viewing it as a groundbreaking achievement.
