Probably on the condition for the US to keep their fleet there...

Thanks to all the info we got around Japan's changes through the legislature, we know the Biden administration is putting pressure for them to accept the degenerates for US protection.

It's why this situation won't improve until it is rooted out at the source (looks at DC)
