Meh, China can have it.

Taiwan has been sabotaging itself for a while now. The got rid of nuclear power because muh environment and went full steam ahead on "green" energy, only to suffer from power shortages and brownouts.

Sabotaging yourself while a superpower knocks at your door is a great idea.
