It's sad when reality and journalists are so retarded it's impossible to tell the difference between clickbait retardation and genuine retardation. This is a problem.

Starship Troopers is a book, not a movie. Sure, the movie's fun, but it's not Starship Troopers.

I think "role playing" should mean something more than simply a game type where you take a character class, level up, and tick off branches on a skill tree.

It's...a really bad take but not without some actual meat on it. I get what they're trying to say, but it's just really dumb.

Just because I can try to talk my opponents into not planting the bomb in Counter Strike doesn't make it a roleplaying game. This is an example of why we need to gatekeep harder. I don't want people this stupid to be anywhere near my hobby.
