Checking wikipedia, if you disregard handhelds, PS4 is the second best selling games console of all time, and is still selling.

PS5 is struggling (compared to previous gens) for various reasons, but has obliterated the XBox.

The PS4 still has games coming out for it, despite the PS5 being at the end of its lifecycle according to Sony.

No matter how people feel about it, its probably one of the most successful and long lasting consoles in history
