Come on, the guy in the thumbnail doesn't look that bad.

Kill it with fire. A goddamn lazy slob like me isn't even close to their level of obesity. That's pretty fucking bad, and I am in no shape to call myself healthy (but I'm working on it, currently running keto diet to help lose weight, about halfway to my target after two months).

EDIT: Alright, to be fair, if these guys are going for bodybuilding/strength training, it's not entirely out of the question. They need the weight to pull that off. All top weightlifters do look pretty chunky. If they aren't building muscle under all that fat, holy shit, they are NOT healthy.

He's not in amazing shape but still not overly obese like some females you see in these mags. Though I don't think we should be pushing this as normal mens health lol. Been working out for years and everyone should want to be thin( you feel way better mentally and physically)
