Somehow still alive. Hard to get rid of the avatar of degeneracy. I am surprised some parents didn't take care of business after that 'pool party - no adults allowed (except Yaniv of course)' debacle. I guess it is Canada.
If parents (or anybody else for that matter) would take care of business, we wouldn't have reached this point.
But the government will punish severely anyone who tries to take care of business. And the people who are not onboard with the degeneracy are usually law abiding.
So nobody will do anything against him. Eventually somebody will wax his balls against their will (if they haven't already).
Sometimes you gotta do the right thing regardless of the consequences. If I found out my kid was attended one of his "no parents allowed topless pool parties" he wouldn't have lived to tell the tale.
The problem with "regardless of consequences" is that it leaves you unable to defend them from the next attempt at that. And in our society that barrage is constantly coming at them.
Unfortunately, in your angry rush for justice, you'll probably increase the chance of your child getting molested, trooned, or both while you are helplessly behind bars.
The unsolved murder rate can be upwards of 30% in a big city and it's generally rising, and that's not even accounting for relative competency and how uncooperative the locals may be. Just saying the odds may not be untenable in the right context.

Fortunately people spoke up and the pool cancelled it.
