The USSC just held that non-competes are not legal, and this all stems from a non-compete, so Candace should sue, and go for big money.
The FTC, unfortunately, not the Supreme Court.
Non-competes are bullshit, but this is another agency power grab. I think it should give an interesting battle at the SC when it gets there though. I'm worried about the precedent if it is ruled the FTC can butt in on this, but we'll just have to wait and see. I think it should be a state issue or, if federal, legislated by congress. Fuck the FTC.
