The Electronic Software Association has shot down the idea of supporting libraries in the preservation of defunct online games.

Sorry studios who shut down ''always online'' services for a game you sold ( and claiming you ''sold a temporary license to use'' dosen't legally fly in my nation ),

Your abandonwares are fair game for third-parties to bring back to life.
