The Constitution and Bill of Rights haven't been worth the paper they are printed on for quite some time. The right needs to come to terms with this. There are no more mutual rules, no more law. Party hard or don't party at all.
Don't say that until you've experienced the Canadian Charter of Rights...
No there are rules silly, the left writes them and they constantly change depending on how they feel
