He turned away from multiple men that he could have attacked. I've been watching the news cycle 24/7 since it happened - I've seen the CCTV footage - I've read countless eyewitness reports.

Perhaps. He could also just be scared of men because they aren't easy targets. I'm just playing devil's advocate here. I have a hard time trusting the news cycle if they want to frame things in this manner because they're wrong about things 99% of the time.
