Its a woman's insult for other women. It usually does get used to describe "right-leaning" women because they are completely empty of any personality trait other than desperately trying to pander to men.

So its Leftist because women are mostly Leftist and "right wing women" are some of the most vapid creatures that they get special insults made for them.
