The DEI types don't even contribute and I heavily question given the scale of their budgets versus what they put out it seems to be a massive tech based con. When you look into their back end they seem to rely heavily on edited up photogrammetry scanned human models that they sometimes mash together which Bethesda was sort of proudly boasting about doing with their retarded NPC generators.
I'm convinced that they spend maybe a year of actual work if I'm generous and the rest is them fucking around and pretending to have growth for the sake of capital investment. Obviously part of the scam is them getting DEI/ESG money from the government based on who they hire but I think like with a lot of companies they want to fake growth by pretending they're hiring a ton of employees when in reality they're just low paid and low IQ SJW morons who don't really do anything at their company.
Most studios these days unless it's a genuinely large project can handle tasks at about 10 people max with maybe a few side actors they hire temporarily to do work for them to finish voice acting off etc. Most of the projects though even the ones that are hyped up tons are not actually all that large, they rely heavily on terrain generation and when you take that way from them you realise they maybe have about 20 - 30 character models tops if they've done them custom but a lot of them now are generating the models too.
