I don’t think that’s the right way to look at it. Communism always fails, right? But if you live under it for most of your life, in what way did it really fail? You can easily live under tyranny for your entire life and then see it crumble as you lie in your deathbed. Are you satisfied in that moment? Did you win?

Victory needs to be measured in years spent not living under leftist rule. By that metric, we’re getting our shit pushed in.
