40 years ago geishas were bad! Read Memoirs of a Geisha to see why.
Now, why aren't the Japanese having kids? It's all the men's fault! China could handle the book Wild Swans: Three Daughters of China (It couldn't, it's banned there and China has increased it's One Child Policy to a Three Child policy since 2019).

Seems like too little, too late. Their preference for sons predictably led to an entire generation turning into a sausage fest. Now they have to deal with the consequences of men outnumbering women by entirely too much.
If you watch House and other popular US TV shows then sure.
If you've lived there that myth died out before the millennium hit and has seen a massive booms in births since then.
If anything I'd say younger Chinese will be more of of a problem than the older Communist Chinese as they understand the value of power and have no problem generating it.

Yes, I'd be shocked if people living in China weren't subjected to a staggering amount of CCP propaganda. The issue is the kind of problems the one child policy caused cannot be solved in a few years or even a single generation.

What the fuck are you even talking about here? This was a discussion of population numbers, not power. The two are tangentially related, at best.

People in China get subjected to the same amount of propaganda as people in other countries do. Lots of babies in big cities play with Winnie the Pooh dolls their parents bought from Disney shops and teenagers play GTA V while elsewhere people are told neither thing can happen.
Power, population numbers - they go hand in hand. Whereas the older generations would take things slowly and be thankful for what they have, the newer generations are looking to expand and claim their own domains and that means taking it from others.
East Africa, the Middle East and then Latin America seems like good real estate just now.
Oh look, racism!
