I looked at these studies back in the day.

They were completely fraudulent:

They considered all companies in the global MSCI index.

Then they looked at the number of female board members.

Then they looked at the stock performance over the past decade.

Unfortunately this research is wrong :

The US has been in a tech bubble.

Japan and other male societies have been in a decades long recession.

Hiring women will not solve Japan’s corporate issues.
