When they say that 50% of consoles purchased were +30 year old women. But they dont mention.. majority are just mothers buying a console for her son lol.
As far as I can tell, women and wives have always had control of about 80% of the household discretionary budget. This is why advertising (by a huge margin) aimed at women.
