Serious question, in the infographic, the bottom part, when they say 'the affected video game company', do they mean the publisher? The IP holder? I ask because it would also possibly confuse normies (and even an autist like me) by seeing 'sometimes goes bankrupt' and then 'financially rewarded' so close together.
