Call me naïve by all means but being someone who is extremely anal about my finances I was red pilled hard by Ron Paul back in the day on finances and even when I was 16 I regarded debt as the enemy and I learned about the federal reserve while everybody else my age was obsessing with university. I can't understand how people who are allegedly wealthy enough to own giant properties can fuck up their lives so badly when anybody with half a brain knows if you're up even £200,000 / $200,000 for that matter you buy a fucking house and you put the rest of it away then compartmentalise anything extra you get to fuck around with if you're that sort of person.
At least then you have some sort of safety net so even if everything goes to complete shit with any business venture you've at least still got your house and your savings. This will give you guys some idea of where I'm almost at now despite being 33 going 34 this year compared to millions of people my age. University? Scam, didn't fall for it, loans? Fuck that, but I appreciate some people don't have any choice in the matter, even then you pay that shit off as fast as possible if you're getting good money in your life.
Reading about how badly people much better off than me are mismanaging their assets and money blows my mind. Be happy with what you have and don't buy shitty overpriced mansions to display your wealth, fucking hell. Or hell anybody with a brain would stay away from the overinflated New York properties.
