Technically it's one former employee, Not-Gay Jared, but Quarter Black Garrett has endorsed his video.

Cliffsnotes:

• quitting Crowder's show was extremely acrimonious, they wanted him to agree not to work in any media anywhere and not in the US for two years
• Crowder claimed ownership of Jared's twitter account and his personal film equipment
• Crowder's lawyers got him fired from his next job due to claimed violations of a noncompete clause
• they have also served him with a lawsuit this last fall for some other reason, it's not clear exactly what
• Jared claims to have extensive documentation of abusive behavior on set
• he is now soliciting legal fees to fight Crowder's lawsuit

Doesn't sound great. It's hard to think of any legitimate reason to turn the legal guns on a former employee in this case.
