I'm looking for based communities that post interesting news and posts.
Here are my choice of communities so far:
https://scored.co/c/ConsumeProduct
https://scored.co/c/KotakuInAction2
https://scored.co/c/NoNewNormal
https://scored.co/c/ClownWorld
https://scored.co/c/conspiracy
https://scored.co/c/Nationalism
Do you have any other communities worth following?
I've lurked on Conpro a bit but I never really noticed any posts advocating for socialism. The main thing that really turned me off about that board was just the larpers trying to "out-based" each other.
"I'm so based I live in the woods without water or electricity! I'm practically a Spartan!"
"Oh that's nothing. I'm so based I live on a strict diet of 100% raw meat!"
He wants to say national socialists/nazi
Oh well if he's calling national socialists leftists that would be pretty funny.
He probably uses the neocon definition of left and right, based only on government control of economy
You probably use the fedboi definition of right wing, where "dislikes the current dogma = right wing", regardless of actual ideology.
He's not entirely wrong but like most things, there's two sides to it. There truly are some National Socialists that are very socialist and there have been some on ConPro. They're basically the "communism would work if it weren't for Ns and Js!" crowd. Usually poorer guys that think the only reason they aren't a millionaire is because of Js. That's not everyone on ConPro though but there is a lot.
I guess I never saw that part of ConPro then. My impression was that the community was mostly White Nat memes.
But yeah, to play devil's advocate, the original National Socialist party did implement socialist policies; but, to my knowledge, the emphasis was more on nationalism and combating communism. When you compare that to modern day leftism, they seem to be polar opposites. Socialists, and even so-called moderates today, seem to favor explicitly anti-nationalist policies.
They objectively are. Strong central authoritarian government and planned economy, lack of personal freedom.
Nationalism is a cultural element, not a governmental one. And it sure as fuck does not make an otherwise leftist group right wing just because some little faggots think they can slide the actual right towards leftist idiocy
The USSR was very nationalist. The chicoms are very nationalist. Trump is a nationalist as well. Nationalism is not an inherently left or right wing element.
Yeah, I know too that Nationalism is not left nor right. This is why I've made c/Nationalism for discussing nationalism without politics. If you like, you can discuss nationalism there.
