Some sins are too great for you to be simply "forgiven" and moved on from. Jesus/God may do so in the afterlife but that is between you and him.
These are things that there is zero reason for you to every fall into. Murder, pedophilia, drugs, extreme sluttery. Things that are so obvious that even if people were telling you to do it, you already know you shouldn't.
If you still did, in spite of its obvious sinfulness, then you deserve no forgiveness in this life from anyone. You can repent, a show of faith that you have truly "come to God" and be given leeway and tolerance, but you can never be completely clean of that sin.
