Meet the trad wives: the anti-feminist traditional influencers
Have you heard of trad wives? Content posted by women in flowery dresses from lavish country kitchens may look innocent enough, but beneath this they are in fact calling for a return to 1950s style gender norms.
It doesn't matter how based she pretends to be. As long as the laws and the family courts are arrayed as they currently are, if you marry or even cohabitate with a woman for any length of time, you are risking your future, your reputation, your financial security, your property and the prospect of not being able to raise your own children.
You are only ever one argument away from writing checks to your woman while she fucks other men in your house.
This is what gets me about people who get uppity about this fact being discussed. It's not a question of 'experience' in relationships, all you need is a pair of eyes, ears and pattern recognition, it's not as complicated as people on this site make it out to be. I don't need to have two failed marriages under my belt to recognise that. An admitted amount of possible autism helps as well since you can inevitably go digging into these women's histories and find some pretty disturbing shit.
Serious question, why not just join an Amish community at that point? They have social systems in place to sort this all out and you will do everything from scratch.
I feel like the people complaining aren't willing to make the sacrifices to get what they say they want.
Personally I don't want to go back to 100% trad roles, as I really enjoy cooking and it's one of my only real artistic outlets. I think as long as chore duties are clearly defined it doesn't matter.
