Too many specific examples to name but the general thing that always seems subtle but which highlights the rot is how every year people supposedly combating this rot start to promote the very rot as if it were a good thing simply because it's less rotten than where the rot has progressed to now.
To give a specific example of this: leftists might suggest the SCOTUS needs to change because they're too "conservative". Leftists might suggest 5 liberals to replace the "conservatives" and their suggestions might be 5 White men. "Conservatives" would then suggest they're actually more "progressive" than liberals because they have "conservative" women and black men on the Supreme Court. In reality, a real conservative should not want any black men or women on the Supreme Court.
You see subtle instances of this all the time. The pendulum swings liberal and then conservatives adopt these liberal values. Then as the liberals continue along, the conservatives start promoting the same liberal values but the ones that liberal promoted 10, 20 or 30 years prior. Then when a real conservative pops up and actually promotes true conservatism these "conservatives" attack the real conservatives the same way in which liberals would have attacked the "conservatives". In effect, many modern "conservatives" are just liberals that are 10, 20 or 30 years behind and you see this subtle rot progress each and every year with some new example.
One thing that stood out to me back in the 1990s was Lethal Weapon 3. They had Rene Russo's character depicted as being just as physically capable as the men. The scene was played off with a bit of comedy but still straight-laced enough that the audience was supposed to believe she was capable of manhandling men.
This was one of those mainstream, big-budget action films for men that was trying to convince that same audience that women were just as strong and physically capable as men.
Some might think it's a silly example, as your example is far more direct and a lot more hazardous to the health of a nation, but it was the subtlety of the inclusion that led to it being the slippery slope that eventually eroded away male entertainment spaces.
It was the synergistic landslide that worked hand-in-hand with municipal policies in Anglosphere nations that opened the doorway for "gender equity" initiatives, and eventually parliamentary, judicial, and legislative drift toward Conservatives constantly ceding ground on policies while simultaneously saying "...at least it isn't as Left/Liberal as the initial policy".
It all started with brainwashing people with the little things, so that they could eventually brainwash people to accept the big things; a wedge to distort the collective's perception of reality so that they could convince collective to accept anything, including calling concessions a "victory".
Speaking of movies and a recent one with some subtle rot. I tried watching that newish James Bond that came out and literally stopped it and shut it off when Bond was acting like a simp for a single mother. I mean, to me that's not subtle but to a lot of clueless people, that's subtle. Subliminal messaging teaching a new generation of men that simping for single mothers is a good "manly" thing cause Bond does it. What a joke. I'm sure to anyone aware of things watching Legal Weapon 3, they'd have immediately picked up on the rot but it was definitely subtle to the NPCs.
Yes, for people who know, it's not subtle at all. But what's so dangerous is the amount of young people who do believe things like the new Bond is subtle, but that's because of how much propaganda and predictive programming they're being fed at every single vector of their existence.
I haven't watched that latest Bond (probably never will, even though I'm a pretty big fan and occasionally rewatch the classics when I'm in the mood) but I know exactly what you're talking about: Using male icons to push ideological rot.
It's the same as when they try to get someone they consider alpha to say, "bodycount doesn't matter", or "race doesn't matter", or "the past doesn't matter" (the last of which is ironic, given how much they use the past as a bludgeon for foisting oppression Olympics upon the malleable masses).
But yes, you're absolutely right that the next generation (or the current youth generation) will continue to grow up with subliminal messaging everywhere and it will be quite pervasive, much more-so than generations past, but still not as bad as the more conspicuous forms of propaganda like Ghostbusters 2016 or Forspoken, or whatever other mainstream Leftist slop they try to feed people. It goes back to your point about Conservatives conceding to the lesser of Liberal ideas and calling it a win; we see it frequently now within the cultural realm of people accepting the messaging because "at least it's not as bad as X" (I've seen quite a few people use this excuse for the new Dune films on message boards and video comments; haven't watched them myself but I'm pretty sure it's not unlike your Bond example).

This is a really good example.

Really sad times ahead.
