They are modern day marxist commissars tasked with ensuring the ideological purity of the office by selectively and ruthlessly enforcing vague and nebulous rules against those employees deemed problematic by other leftist employees.

Some advice: always be the first one to email your HR department about any potential issues in the work place. Immediately cite hostile work environment and harassment. Get that shit in writing, do it before they can do the same to you, and make your litigious potential known. Taking the initiative and being aggressive might net you millions of dollars.
