Weird way to phrase it. Are these people singing not themselves patriots? And do they not love patriots who don't love them? They're drawing a clear distinction between themselves and (presumably assumed white) Trump supporters.

War & blood in the Middle East, bring Trump back in 30 days they'll be peace

I do like this line though, I'll give them that. Foreign policy is one of Trump's greatest selling points. Things would be at the very least marginally better under Trump, possibly much more.
