Louisiana is the epicenter of nigger culture imo

Hey now. Give Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia their due. At least we Louisianians have a fucking culture that isn't "poor, dumb and black" besides.

But everything else you said is accurate and I agree. Every one of us, black or white, were taught what a nigger was and that it was a mindset/behavior more than a color because everyone had a cousin or sister that was white as shit and a fucking nigger (usually from hanging out with their ghetto friends).
