If Vivek is the VP, then maybe. Trump is a 70+ year old man, and despite all the tweeting he did, he still isn't the most tech-savvy guy in the world.

Vivek actually mentioned problems with the tech industry, while he was on the campaign trail. If he's the VP, then I could believe that he would initiate moves against them and the 3-letter agencies. Without him, I have little hope of seeing that problem ever attacked at its roots by Trump.
