One of the biopsyche theories is that women are programmed to enjoy rape to some extent as a defense mechanism because of how common it is both in nature and ancient civilization for them to be simply taken by the stronger males and fucked as prizes once their males were killed or driven out. So their bodies learned to get over the natural fear and revulsion of it to help them survive being the new warbride of some barbarian.

Which, like a lot of human instincts, is a huge detriment to a modern civilization and human morality but we haven't been able to shake it because evolution don't work that way.
