I usually get a next generation console when a game I'm interested comes out. Between the fact that I haven't seen anything interesting and their mismanagement of the shortage situation (how fucking hard is it to implement a waitlist?) I'm not at all surprised that the PS5 is failing to meet sales expectations.
I am in the same boat, literally none of the games are in any way worth getting a PS5 for. I can just as easily play most of the stuff that comes over to PC in a yearish which is often times a better experience for me, too. Sony has dropped the ball, hard.
