First thing I thought of was the video from this thread. Exact same smarm and mannerisms. I'm so tired of these jackasses.

Also, I like how they're trying to have it both ways. "There's nothing sexual," scream most of the comments. Meanwhile, the top one is calling him "twink Jesus." There are other comments similar. The rest are just bitching about that he's white. It's all so tiresome.

As to the art itself...yes, it's effeminate and trying to be sexual. Pretty nasty, looks like one of those trans men/women that are kind of androgynous and win weird beauty pageants or something. Really does seem like they blended some male and female qualities in there. Definitely gives nasty uncanny valley vibes.
