Where I was living for a while (out rural way), there was an "EPA-raggar" or whatever who would drive around in his ute/pickup with a Christmas tree on the back, full lights on it and all, at all times of the day through most of December... That was quite wholesome, I felt.
The Swedes I was staying with hated it, though, haha...
Hey, that is wholesome, otherwise "EPA-raggar" mostly just cruise around playing music and drinking, A rolling party is the idea :).

yea, raggare is not considered high culture nor do they pretend to be. So is not quite looked favorable on by normal swedes, especially not in the cities
