This'll probably go over well in Asia not just Japan as they've had traps for decades if not centuries with no problem and for the west to go 'no to support LGBT you gotta maim and mutilate yourself' they'll probably look at you as crazy

Even the South Koreans with their plastic surgery addiction because they'll probably look at that as nuts too.
