The tranny's defense attorney (who is also a tranny) argued that the baby-rapist wouldn't have access to estrogen in solitary confinement, so it was 'cruel and unusual punishment'. And the judge allowed it, the saying if the degenerate promises not to touch any more children, he can go free.
