It's why I put responsible in quotations, typically in these kinds of notes they are thinking they can get back at some people vindictively after death.

Doesn't hold as much water as the ones that just do it out of the blue, they're the ones pushed too far and you know those intrusive thoughts that pop into your head on a high place, near a busy junctions etc and you just ignore them?

They're the people pushed too far that they CAN'T ignore or refuse them..
