Not being normal might be a factor in the conversation concerning genital mutilation.

I've noticed that they'll change their genitals and play make believe, but never once do any introspective and understand why their behavior was bad and that is what should be changed instead.

Which is probably why that other thread about issues had narcissism scored up so high.
