There is no historical precedence to removing a political candidate from ballots based on the lack of a conviction of a crime.

How many of these """"Historians"""" are the same number of intelligence officials that claimed that the Hunter Biden Laptop story was Russian Disinformation?

The Goldwater Rule exists for precisely this reason, and the FBI is still repeating it.
