Anyway just keep this in mind next time you hear somebody say a temp with decimal or see it displayed, how dumb and nerdy they must be to be using the totally unnecessary tenths place.

It's not even that big of a deal which is why it's so comical to be this defensive about it. People get by fine with celsius, it's just a bit less convenient is all.
