Whenever I talk to shitlibs about politics it's as though 2004 never ended, so I suppose from that standpoint this makes sense.
I'll probably just fire up my "Indecision 2004" DVDs with a fresh set of eyes and 20 years of hindsight. Maybe I'll turn it into a drinking game: "drink every time he says something that in <current year> would get him a 'this was a product of its time' warning"
Well he's always had ONE agenda and Narrative despite having some freedom to break ranks in a "limited hangout" way, but it was a bit easier to push at the time with the "opposition" in office.
